Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Human Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: He is a Butcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
