Description: He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. He is portly but not overly obese. His brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and many gnolls want him driven away

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Carpenter job and began his own company from there.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'8" and wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Priest born in the past three hundred years. Cory is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a priest and was forced into it by his family

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his rapier with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rolf fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
