Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

History: Dean was born with his father's beautiful face. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Heward and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
