Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His tied-back hair is silver. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Roland would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Roland was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Spice Merchant. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shane embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Shane was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Banker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Banker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with black colored cloaks and clothing. His silver hair is lengthy. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Godfrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
