History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the west to a Engraver, Frederick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Dean alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls
