History: Adam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Apothecary but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He married young, but lost his spouse to brigands. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. William enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Shane wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... A true patriot, Shane would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
