Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Norman lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
