Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Percival grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Percival alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Balimaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born into a rich family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
