History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When Hunter reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a black shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and red pants. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Alex was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Guard does, and is pretty ugly. His hair is brown and curly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Chad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born in a small desert village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
