Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. The war was a terrible time for him, and Jocelyn does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Crown-heir. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is content

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Lance was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Baker. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Born in the west to a Locksmith, Patrick learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A freak accident while working with his Armorer father left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Henry grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
