History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Ralf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
