He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Ernest decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
