History: Born to a Carter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Geoffrey never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
