Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a simple white robe with pastel stripes complete with hood. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. Manfred enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Gifted from a young age, Manfred studied abroad. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Robert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Gifted from a young age, Robert studied abroad. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a large yellow jacket, and is pretty ugly. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Hunter who has hired him part-time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kyle does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Animal Trainer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.
