Personality: He is fixated on the number 79. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
