Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Clerebold and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: Lance speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bowyer and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: 5'10" and muscular, this western man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This blue eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is greedy
