Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Alex was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Alex's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born in the east. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Body Guard. He's also a talented Stableman, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and expand his business

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
