Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

After coming to the age of reason, Percival took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Bowyer profession.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
