Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fortune-teller arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in.
