Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To protect his home; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Adelard was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Guard, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sage profession.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anthony grew up listening to his father's many stories. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Bricklayer. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and many brigands want him driven away
