He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Revenge.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His silver hair is long and unkept. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: This man wears a tan costume with the symbols of death on his torso, and sports empty pouches on his belt. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bertram embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Bertram alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and his religion dominates his actions
