Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'5". He wears a tan shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and his gloved hand is found clutching a flail. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new baker responsibilities is difficult

Description: This slender man stands about 5'1". He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: Richard was born with his mother's beautiful face. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and expand his business

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a black shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length auburn hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Farmer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He stands about 6'0" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His white hair is lengthy. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he's looking for his big break

Description: He typically wears white cloth garments or leather armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Everard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). During his travels, Everard and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Everard discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Everard fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: Expand his business; and an old rival family wants him found
