Kody Ryland, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.

Roland Ramsay, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is renowned for his bright pastel suits and hats, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. During his travels, Roland and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Roland discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Roland fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to protect his home

Norman Alton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His chestnut hair, when down, is lengthy. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Norman does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle
Flaws: Depressed, PTSD, Disease. Bonds: Nature, Military. Occupation: Soapmaker

Miles Spalding, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears violet trousers with white and tan striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He wears a top hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success.
