His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Chad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to get a good night's sleep
