History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Painter. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Servant.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: This man is dressed in earthy colors with a yellow and green handkerchief worn on his right side. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is brown and curly. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He usually wears his white robe and has his shield always slung over his shoulder. He wears his chestnut hair down. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he desires power and/or immortality
