His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Miles grew up listening to his father's many stories. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Everard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
