Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bounty Hunter born in the past three hundred years. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Heward was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heward's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Charles liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
