However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: The child of a Knight, who enjoyed hunting, Randal was taken on many hunting expeditions. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Theodoric was born the youngest of three triplets. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To be a Navigator again.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
