History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Manfred was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. His childhood dream was to be a Servant, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.
