History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Conrad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Conrad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
