Thomas Thornton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He carries with him a set of tridents on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and wishes to resurrect an old love
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Antagonistic, Fearful. Bonds: In love, Religious. Occupation: Bounty Hunter
Voice: Spanish accent

Personal [hide]
Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. He has no hair. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
Ideals: Fighting. Flaws: Ugly, Cynical. Bonds: Religious, Mentor. Occupation: Fisher
Voice: Speaks with squeezed throat
