History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Don was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Knight. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He was born into a rich family. Patrick was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He now owns his own business.
