History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to work out more often

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A middle-aged man, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and is pretty ugly. He has moderate length blonde hair. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
