Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Cory was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cory's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.
