Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

History: Born in the west to a Painter, Kody learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Painter for the past few years.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
