Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His first spouse was a Ploughman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and further expansion of business

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born into a rich family. A freak accident while working with his Butcher mother left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

History: Dustin hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
