History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born in the north to a Mortician, Theodoric learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now owns his own business.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
