History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Shane was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Adelard and his spouse have recently divorced.
