History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Balimaar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Aldous was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He became a Engraver soon after.
