History: Robert hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Through the years after Robert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Robert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
