Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
