History: Gifted from a young age, Lance studied abroad. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Tanner born in the past three hundred years. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Healer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Armorer mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
