History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hubert's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Jeweler but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the north to a Jeweler, Hubert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He struck the Jeweler job and began his own company from there.
