History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
