History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fisher for hire.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He's in love; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He is a husky man, who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Charles was taken on many hunting expeditions.
