History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Bertram was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mayor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently the stress of being a Roofer has made it difficult for him to sleep.
