History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Glassblower.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
