History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Gilbert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by unlife.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: Gifted from a young age, Arnold studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Arnold took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
