History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: Gerard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: He comes from a rich northern family. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Roofer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Balimaar reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
