History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to unite with his brother

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Bricklayer. He has worked as a Bricklayer like his mother before him.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a blue vest and prefers grey and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His hair is long and golden with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gilbert's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
